Mindfulness for beginners

Mindfulness has been shown to be extremely effective at reducing physical and emotional symptoms and boosting happiness levels, but it can be daunting when we first start to practice on our own. Here mindfulness expert Natalie Snuggs MSc., shares some tips for getting over some of these difficulties & reminds us that it is the daily repetition that makes it work, not the length of practice or whether we can 'empty the mind'. And most importantly, it needs to work for you.
